Returns Policy & Product Guarantee
👉🏼 Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your product within 7 days of receipt, you may return it to us (at your own expense) for a full refund.

Requests for refunds of non-faulty products will not be accepted after 7 days. Also, we request that you send us the product by registered post/courier.
⚠️ This right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete packaging (accessories, user guide, original box...), and in working, re-saleable condition.
Please note that any product that has been damaged or is not in its original packaging beyond simply opening the product will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the notification of cancellation.

👉🏼 Product Guarantee:
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights and is free of charge. In return, please note the following terms and conditions:
- The guarantee is available to the original purchaser only when accompanied with the original receipt. The guarantee applies to material and manufacturing defects only under normal domestic use.
- The guarantee does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturer’s control, including failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use, accidental wilful and or misuse of the product, inappropriate storage methods and or inappropriate cleaning, modification, alteration, transformation of the product.
- Note that a replacement product will be provided only if repair is impossible or not viable. In cases of customer misuse or general wear and tear, it may be possible for us to arrange a repair. However, in these circumstances an administration, handling and returns fee will apply and you will be informed of this prior to any arrangements being made.
👉🏼 Faulty Goods Return Procedure:
PeggyRain is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
If your product develops a fault within this period, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue you with an RMA number, allowing the product to be returned for replacement or refund. Please note that faulty goods will not be accepted unless they have been issued an official RMA number.
If after review the returned product is found to be faulty, we will offer you a refund or replacement. If the returned product is not faulty, the product can be returned to you at your expense or collected by you
