Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with any original packaging, accessories, user guide, and original box where applicable.
To request a return or cancellation, please use the “Request a Return or Cancellation” link in the footer of our website. You will be asked to log in using the email address used for your order and follow the steps to submit your request.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items unless otherwise required by law. We recommend returning items by registered post or courier, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds for non-faulty products may not be accepted if the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in resaleable condition.
Once your returned item has been received and checked, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
You can exercise this right by using the “Request a Return or Cancellation” link in the footer of our website.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you may request a cancellation through the same link. If your order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it, but you may still request a return after delivery.
Product Guarantee
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
PeggyRain products are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of delivery against material or manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.
The guarantee is available to the original purchaser only and may require proof of purchase.
The guarantee applies to material and manufacturing defects only. It does not cover faults or damage caused by factors outside the manufacturer’s control, including failure to follow the user guide or maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use, accidental damage, misuse, inappropriate storage, inappropriate cleaning, modification, alteration, or transformation of the product.
Where possible, we may arrange a repair. If repair is not possible or not viable, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
In cases of customer misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear, it may be possible for us to arrange a repair. In these circumstances, an administration, handling, repair, or returns fee may apply. We will inform you of any cost before making arrangements.
Faulty Goods Return Procedure
If your product develops a fault within the one-year guarantee period, please contact us at jonny@peggyrain.com with your order number and photos or details of the issue.
If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we may issue you with a return authorisation so the product can be returned for inspection.
If the returned product is found to be faulty, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
If the returned product is not found to be faulty, the product may be returned to you at your expense or collected by you.
